I’m Mo. I’ve had the privilege of building a thriving career, growing from an award-winning specialist to sitting at the table as a leader, while navigating obstacles and juggling life and all the chaos that comes with it. Yes, I’m a millennial.
I’ve faced job losses, imposter syndrome, burnout, and grief; all while still earning promotions, working hard, and learning to reconcile with my thoughts and fears. I guess the fast-paced world forced me to get on with it. But on reflection, I now know that it's best to dust myself down, take stock and be true to myself.

I've always thought about the word 'sonder' – that each person that I see is living a vivid and complex life as my own. It's helped me become more empathetic and understanding towards people. From this inspiration, I have moved onto a new chapter as a Career and Life Coach, and created The Sonder Factory.
Through coaching, I support individuals to grow with intention, to find purpose, balance and focus in their work and life. I help people who have dealt with redundancies, difficulties with leadership, challenges in keeping up with fast-paced environments, and more. I put myself in others’ shoes to help them unlock their confidence, clarity and capacity to create meaningful change.
At The Sonder Factory, everything begins by listening to your story.
how does coaching work?
We start with an introduction call. No strings attached. The aim is to get to know each other and understand what brings you here.

We identify your needs and create a plan to move away from something you don't want, and towards something that you do.
We work through personalised sessions, creating a space to nurture growth, build confidence, and work steadily towards meaningful goals.
